With 68 clinics across Canada, our philosophy is based on offering high-end, innovative, and non-surgical treatments designed to rejuvenate the skin while ensuring visible, natural, and long-lasting results.Responsibilities –Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare products.Perform consultations and create treatment plans aligned with client needs.Perform the treatments according to the protocols.Pre-book clients for future treatments.Build customer loyalty through post treatment follow-ups, appropriate homecare recommendations and customer care during their visit.Track post-treatment clients.Attend training session and keep skills up to date.Take pictures of customers.Prepare sales consultation statistics for management.Verify the accuracy of the orders.Keep the protocol books up to date.Qualifications –Diploma of College Studies in Nursing.Hold the license of RN or RPN.At least five (5) years of experience in a similar position.Excellent communicate skills.Demonstrate a client centered approach.Demonstrate team spirit and collaboration.Demonstrate initiative and autonomy.Ability to respect work procedures.Excellent interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English.#IND1Our core values –We care about our employees.
