Strategic Senior Specialist in Project Engineering for Defense Technologies

Lead and innovate as a Senior Project Engineering Specialist! Provide technical leadership and project oversight while driving strategic goals in a collaborative work environment. This position demands a strong technical presenter and project manager who will guide product development initiatives. You will be responsible for risk management, controlling project timelines and budgets, and aligning teams for successful new product roll-outs. A solid background in electro-mechanical systems will enhance your effectiveness in this critical role. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project leadership in product development
- Coordinate design and review presentations
- Manage project budgets and forecast accuracy
- Develop project risk mitigation plans
- Lead scrum meetings and facilitate communication
- 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with electro-mechanical systems
- Agile project management experience preferred
