ABOUT THE JOB
- Perform daily time entry for approximately 100 employees, with increased volume following weekends to ensure all entries are up to date.
- Complete time entry checks and generate reports as required to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support payroll and administrative functions related to employee time tracking.
- Ensure all entries are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Start/ End Hours: Monday to Friday schedule (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO TIMMINS.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE
- Experience in time entry or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Willingness to learn SuccessFactors time entry system (training provided)
- Valid G driver’s license
- Own reliable transportation to and from site
