SITE CLERK — ALL LOCATIONS (continuous recruitment)

Job Description

In order to continue meeting our needs in a growth environment, EBC is looking for site clerks. As a site clerk, you will perform various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Daily completion of payroll from site time sheets
• Purchasing of materials and supplies as requested by Site Management
• Weekly completion of equipment log
• Handle all administrative responsibilities, as assigned
• Daily use of computer software including Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as our Payroll and Purchasing systems
• Administers and maintains confidential information and records, including employee files
• Upkeep of site trailer
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Completion of high school
• Minimum one year of office experience
• Minimum three years of experience using Microsoft Office products at a high level of proficiency
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (an asset)

• Ability to work with minimum supervision
