Positions available: Day shift and night shift
We are looking for experienced Industrial Painters and Sandblasters to join our team. We’re looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and can work safely in a busy shop environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, masking, and sandblasting.
- Apply industrial coatings according to job specifications.
- Inspect completed work and correct any areas that do not meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and care for equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
- Work with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules.
- Previous industrial painting or sandblasting experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and coating specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Availability for day or night shift.
