Excavator Operator Park-Aid Asphalt and Maintenance Ltd Location Nisku, AB Salary 25.00 to 35.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 to 60 hours per week Full time Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours, Overtime available Starts as early as 2026-05-08 Languages English Education No degree, certificate or diploma Experience 3 years to less than 5 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Work site environment Outdoors Hot Cold/refrigerated Dusty Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment Perform minor repairs to equipment Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate First Aid Certificate Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate Ground Disturbance to Level II program Experience and specialization Area of work experience Asphalt finishing Backfilling Ditching Excavation Fine grading and finishing Rough grading Sloping and banking Sub-grade excavating Trenching Type of industry experience Road construction Additional information Security and safety Driving record check (abstract) Transportation/travel information Own transportation Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities Physically demanding Attention to detail Fast-paced environment Own tools/equipment Steel-toed safety boots Until: 2026-05-22
