Shape the future of customer engagement as a Lead Customer Data Architect, specializing in Adobe solutions. Focus on identity resolution and audience strategies in collaboration with diverse teams. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years in Customer Data, including 3 years with Adobe Real-Time CDP. This role will require designing customer journey maps, governance frameworks, and overseeing data strategies. You'll interact closely with marketing, data, and tech teams for cohesive implementations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer journey mapping workshops
- Implement Adobe Real-Time CDP solutions
- Create unified customer profiles
- Oversee schema design and data ingestion
- Ensure best practices in data governance and compliance
- 7+ years in Customer Data or Digital Architecture
- 3+ years working with Adobe Real-Time CDP
- Experience in customer experience design
- Strong identity resolution and data modeling skills
- Adobe Experience Platform knowledge is a plus
