Role: Senior Quadient Inspire Developer
Experience: 12+ years (CCM + Quadient) Work Style: Hybrid — 2 days per week onsite
Summary
We are seeking a Quadient Inspire Tech Lead / Senior Developer with deep experience in CCM , template development , and migration from OpenText/legacy platforms . The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on development skills, extensive experience designing and validating templates, and proven expertise leading complex CCM modernization initiatives.
Must‑Have Expertise
Migration experience in Quadient space, especially from OpenText / legacy CCM platforms
Strong development background in Quadient Inspire Designer
Experience designing, creating, and validating communication templates and forms
10+ years in Customer Communications Management (CCM)
Experience with Interactive and Scalar components
Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills
Core Responsibilities
Quadient Inspire Development
Design and develop communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer
Work with Interactive and Scalar modules to deliver dynamic, scalable communications
Optimize and maintain existing Quadient templates, workflows, and assets
Migration & Modernization
Lead migration efforts from OpenText / legacy CCM systems to Quadient
Validate migrated templates, logic, and rendering outputs
Collaboration & Requirements
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
Translate business needs into technical solutions and template designs
Quality, Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with branding , regulatory , and accessibility standards
Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality and performance.
Support & Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to templates, workflows, and output generation
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
