Role name: System Administrator Role Description: 1. Work on ITSM tools2. Technical Gap Assessment and Resolution3. Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies.4. Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.5. Team leadership activities include mentoring Jr support technicians. Competencies: Oracle PeopleSoft Technical, Oracle Peoplesoft Enterprise Learning Management, Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Core (AP, AR, GL), Oracle - Peoplesoft Enterprise - Functional - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: 1. Design and provide Solution on PeopleSoft Architecture.2. Strong expertise on People Tools 8.5x3. Must have recent hands-On experience with PeopleTools and PUM upgrades.4. Strong knowledge of update/change assistant and hands on experience applying PeopleSoft maintenance and application/Tools upgrades and PUM.5. Setup, configure, and maintain all PeopleSoft application environments and accompanying Oracle databases in accordance with industry best practices.6. Strong hold on Integrations for PeopleSoft Inbound and Outbound Processes.7. Well versed in Peoplesoft Migration activities.8. Extensive experience working with People Tools, Application Designer, Integration Broker, Security, Tree Manager, PS Query, Data Mover, Import Manager, Upgrade and Change Assistant in PeopleSoft application.9. High level Oracle Database Administration & Configuring the Operating Systems to support PeopleSoft Oracle databases.10. Experience with Windows/Linux/AIX3 OS Server administration.11. Resolve application related vulnerability findings. 12. Understanding in OS related activities like SFTP connectivity, support application specific tasks during OS/DB patching.13. Assist application team with infrastructure requirements. Desirable Skills: 1. Strong Communication Skills2. Flexible work timings3. Participate in day-to-day aspects of a Project meetings like planning, review, and daily stand-ups.4. Experience with ITSM tools like Service-Now or similar tools.5. Must be able to work with Business Customers, Line Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a professional and collaborative manner to define strategies and implementation approaches.

Role Description: 1. Must have current & extensive PeopleTools / PeopleSoft Financials Development (PeopleCode) experience in GL/AP/AM modules.2. Expertise and hand on experience in technical tools like Application engine, File layouts, SQR, XML publisher, Application packages, Component interfaces.3. Hands-On experience with PeopleTools PeopleSoft Financials upgrades tools and (PUM) is a big bonus.4. Collaborate with co-workers and customers to refine business requirements and provide comprehensive technical solutions.5. Proficient in developing Design Document and Technical Design Document.6. Have worked on Fluid development and is well versed with Tiles and Homepage.7. Experience with NVision/BI Publisher Reports Required.8. Should have worked on latest release of PSFT tools as well as application versions.9. Hands on Experience in performing end to end system integration and external interface configuration and testing.10. Heavy hands on SQL experience to write complex SQLs to fix data issues.11. Expertise working with webservices to integrate third party applications12. Trouble shoot production issues and provide solutions.13. Experience working with change control tool like PHIRE,STATS etc.
