- Regularly provide Business Reviews showcasing achieved value
- Manage and de-escalate conflicts, ensuring client satisfaction
- Collaborate across teams to shape customer success strategies
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze customer data for strategic insights
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
- Growth mindset, willing to receive and give feedback
