We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to handle document organization, digital scanning, data entry, and physical filing tasks in an active warehouse environment.

Shift: 7:30 am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
Pay rate: $19

Key Responsibilities

Active filing and sorting of documents

Scanning documents using computers and scanners

Performing accurate data entry

Filing and organizing boxes into the warehouse

Lifting and moving file boxes (up to 30–50 lbs)

Qualifications & Requirements

Good basic computer and software skills

High accuracy in handling documents and data

Able to sit and stand for extended periods, and physically lift boxes weighing 20–40 lbs

Flexibility: Willing and able to work in other areas of the warehouse as needed

Responsibilities
Actively file, sort, and organize incoming physical documents according to company archiving protocols.

High-volume scanning of physical documents using office equipment and computer software, ensuring images are clear and correctly indexed.

Enter document metadata, index codes, and file details accurately into the database system.

Organize, label, and store file boxes within designated warehouse shelf locations.
Assist with other duties and general support tasks in different areas of the warehouse as needed

Qualifications
Strong foundational computer skills and comfort using scanners, file management systems, and basic office software.

High level of accuracy in data entry, sorting, and verifying document indexing.

Willingness and flexibility to work across different departments or areas in the warehouse as needed.
