Babylist seeks a Principal Technical Recruiter to lead complex technical roles remotely. You will shape the hiring strategy for critical engineering and product positions while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools. This senior role requires 10+ years in full-cycle technical recruiting, where you will work directly with engineering leadership and influence hiring standards. You will differentiate top technical talent, build candidate relationships, and manage complex offer situations, ensuring both quality and strategic insight in your recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment for senior, staff, and director-level positions
Develop and maintain hiring intelligence infrastructure
Drive offer strategies on complex hiring situations
Run capability programs for recruiter coaching
Manage external agency partnerships based on performance data

Requirements:

10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Strong technical fluency and judgment in hiring
Experience with complex offer negotiations
Proven mentorship in recruitment
Proficient use of AI in recruitment processes
