Cabin Cleaner/Manager Job Overview:
We are seeking a responsible, positive, kind and motivated individual to be our Cabin Cleaner and Manager for our 3 bedroom vacation rental in Tofino. This is a contractor role with workplace accommodation. Applicants must have their own WCB.
Workplace accommodation available is a 26 foot trailer. Additional access to outdoor shower, laundry, surf and wetsuit storage. Located a walk or short bike ride to all amenities and the beach. Accommodation is subsidized to $400/month for one person and $650/month for two people. Subsidized accommodation is compensation for the cabin management role. Includes electricity, water and wifi.
Responsibilities for Cabin Management:
- Responsible for Guest Interaction by managing customer messages on airbnb listing
- If needed, support guests in person with great customer service (covered in additional hours pay)
- Inform owner and our professional contacts if there are any other issues on site in a timely manner (i.e. with hot tub, landscaping, deep cleans, painting, etc).
Cleaning:
- Responsible for full cabin cleans on changeovers.
- Manage check in/out calendar and clean cabin when needed. Cleans occur between 10am and 5pm.

- Ability to manage tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
- Technical skills using Air BnB app.
