Responsibilities
- Build and support AI-powered product features.
- Develop AI workflows, conversational experiences, search, and automation for customer problems.
- Design data pipelines, integrations, APIs, and application components supporting AI features.
- Write tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews, debugging, and production support.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, subject matter experts, and customers to turn business needs into software.
- Run experiments, evaluate results, and improve features after launch.
- Participate in customer workshops, technical discussions, demos, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and runbooks.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping complex software in an enterprise environment.
- At least 2 years of experience with AI applications such as LLM-based workflows, conversational interfaces, search, or automation.
- Understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and the trade-offs of deploying AI features to production.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, databases, testing, debugging, and system design.
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into sensible technical plans.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ownership-driven mindset with experience identifying opportunities, taking initiative, and delivering results end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience using Git.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Python and React are widely used, but strong engineering fundamentals and adaptability are valued over expertise in a specific language or framework.
- Experience building from early ideas, experimenting rapidly, and executing disciplined engineering solutions is preferred.
- Banking, financial services, enterprise data platforms, AI-driven automation, or large-scale enterprise IT domain knowledge is an asset.
