We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social, understands fashion and culture, and knows how to turn great content into meaningful connections.

You’ll be the voice behind RW&CO.’s social presence, bringing fresh ideas, bold storytelling and a strong creative point of view to every platform. From spotting the next trend to creating scroll-stopping content, you’ll help shape how our brand shows up, connects and grows.

This is a role for someone who thinks strategically, creates instinctively and knows that building a community is about more than likes and followers.

What You'll Do

• Own the social vision. Lead and evolve RW&CO.’s social media strategy, content pillars and brand voice, keeping us relevant, distinctive and ahead of the conversation.
• Create content that connects. Bring fresh, culturally relevant ideas to life through compelling storytelling, short-form video and engaging social-first content.
• Build a community, not just a following. Spark conversations, engage our audience and turn followers into passionate brand advocates.
• Stay ahead of what's next. Keep your finger on the pulse of fashion, culture, creators and emerging platforms, turning trends into authentic brand moments.
• Turn insights into impact. Track performance, test new approaches and optimize content and paid amplification to drive engagement, reach and community growth.
• Make collaboration happen. Partner with Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, PR and Media teams to bring campaigns to life and create a consistent, impactful brand experience.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Proven experience owning social media strategy and growing engaged communities, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
• A strong creative eye, exceptional storytelling skills and a natural ability to capture a brand's voice.
• Comfort using AI and emerging creative tools to work smarter, move faster and push creative boundaries.
• Hands-on experience creating social-first content, particularly short-form video for Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• A deep understanding of social trends, platform algorithms, audience behaviour and creator culture.
• A performance mindset. You know how to turn data, insights and experimentation into stronger content and measurable results.
• A curious, resourceful and collaborative approach, with the confidence to bring bold ideas forward and make them happen.
• Bilingual in French and English, with strong communication and writing skills in both languages.
