Client-Focused Account Manager, Analytics

Shape customer experiences as a Client-Focused Account Manager for Analytics at Verisk Canada. Engage with a range of clients to promote data-driven solutions in a hybrid work environment. As the Account Manager, you will manage relationships with clients in the insurance and real estate industries, acting as their main contact post-sale. Essential tasks include onboarding clients, conducting training sessions, and ensuring project success during the contract-go live phase. Your role will also involve gathering feedback to inform product enhancements and client satisfaction strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer success for diverse account portfolios
- Provide onboarding support and training for clients
- Lead regular customer meetings for product feedback and relationship building
- Facilitate seamless transitions from sales to operational activities
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking opportunities and account health
- Post-secondary education or relevant industry experience
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management
- Knowledge of insurance or mortgage sectors preferred
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ZenDesk or Jira
