Music Tech Program Management Director Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct program execution focusing on strategic priorities and delivery milestones
• Coordinate across teams to manage project dependencies and risks
• Work closely with product and engineering heads to operationalize strategies
• Implement new workflows and operating practices effectively
• Drive alignment through stakeholder communication and reporting
Requirements:
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years in program management or related fields
• Experience in leading large-scale software initiatives
• Strong understanding of modern product development and agile
• Excellent operational and communication skills for executive engagement
