Category Management Director Position, Lactalis Canada

Lactalis Group

Drive category management excellence at Lactalis Canada as the Director for the Cheese & Tablespreads Division. This role embraces hybrid working while fostering team collaboration and strategic insights. You will orchestrate the category management vision by executing short- and long-term strategies tailored to market dynamics. Your influence will extend to driving team performance and enhancing customer partnerships through actionable insights. You'll be integral in shaping decisions that scale both the business and customer growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Execute growth strategies based on market insights
Lead recruitment and development of category management professionals
Analyze market trends and create performance reviews
Facilitate insights collaboration with marketing teams
Manage point-of-sale data budgets among divisions

Requirements:

University degree or diploma required
8-10 years of CPG experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools
Strong leadership and communication capabilities
Track record of delivering sustainable results
