Payments Product Manager Atb

Shape ATB payment products through research, data analytics, and roadmap ownership in a hybrid arrangement averaging one onsite day weekly. Focus on client needs and measurable outcomes.As Product Manager within ATB’s Money Movement Team, you will manage products including Interac e-Transfers and Real Time Rail. You will guide discovery, delivery, launch, iteration, and sunsetting. The work combines product strategy, client experience, performance analysis, and payments modernization. Collaboration spans internal stakeholders, industry partners, vendors, service providers, and regulators.Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap developmentAnalyze metrics and define key performance indicatorsDeliver feasible, viable, desirable client experiencesBreak large goals into tactical value delivery stepsDrive modernization aligned with Payments Canada releasesRequirements:
Two to three years of direct product management experienceEnd-to-end product lifecycle ownership experienceSolid background managing payment productsWorking knowledge of payment networks and scheme standardsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical industry experienceApply product strategy, data-informed decisions, and payments expertise to advance ATB Money Movement products and client outcomes.
