Hotel Revenue And E-Commerce Director

Ritz-Carlton Montréal

Lead hotel revenue optimization and e-commerce for the first Ritz Carlton in downtown Montreal, using ADR and RevPAR expertise daily.As Revenue and E-commerce Director, you will manage revenue activities, the reservations department, and online visibility. Your mandate covers room and banquet sales across market segments. You will shape pricing, segmentation, inventory, and digital marketing actions supporting hotel revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement pricing and segmentation strategiesManage revenue, e-commerce, and reservations activitiesBuild budgets and support strategic planning processesManage rate loading, inventory, and external partner channelsCoordinate website visibility, SEM, and third-party profilesRequirements:
Experience managing hotel revenue and e-commerce activitiesKnowledge of ADR and RevPAR optimizationAbility to manage reservations department employeesExperience with Marriott systems and PMS OperaAbility to administer updates, transitions, and mappingDrive pricing, segmentation, digital visibility, and revenue performance for Ritz Carlton hotel operations in Montreal.
