Director Financial Planning Revenue Operations

Lead revenue planning and financial modeling at Benevity through a flexible hybrid approach, connecting FP&A with go-to-market operations.As Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will own revenue targets, forecasting, reporting, and sales compensation. You will partner with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Finance to connect pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion with financial outcomes. You will also lead Revenue Operations and FP&A analysis.Key Responsibilities:
Set bookings, ARR, revenue targets, quotas, and capacity plansLead company-wide revenue forecasting and scenario analysisBuild executive dashboards and standardize organization-wide revenue KPIsDesign, administer, and audit sales commission plansLead teams and advise executives on financial and operational dataRequirements:
8+ years in FP&A, revenue operations, or sales finance3+ years leading peopleSales commission experience using CaptivateIQ or XactlyAdvanced modeling and planning software experienceSalesforce, BI, SaaS, and fintech metrics knowledgeDirect Benevity’s revenue strategy with forecasting, modeling, reporting, compensation, and cross-functional leadership expertise.
