Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine a secure multi-cloud network
• Address internal support requests related to service connectivity
• Guide teams on best practices for efficient operations
• Participate in 24/7 on-call duties for swift issue resolution
• Champion process automation for operational success
Requirements:
• 10+ years in software and networking expertise
• Proficient with cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• In-depth knowledge of service mesh and load-balancing
• Customer-focused with a strong automation drive
• Familiarity with network architecture principles
