Talent Recruiter Clinical Operations

Shape Stem Health’s clinical and operational team remotely or across the Greater Toronto Area through sourcing, storytelling, and structured hiring.
This Talent Recruiter manages end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles at Stem Health. You will attract candidates aligned with the company’s values, curate each interaction, and coordinate closely with leadership. The contract or part-time engagement supports evolving hiring priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own pipelines from role intake through interviews and offers
- Discover passive talent through creative sourcing channels
- Tell Stem Health’s story to prospective candidates
- Maintain informed, respectful candidate communication
- Align leaders on requirements and hiring priorities
Requirements:
- Three or more years in talent acquisition
- Clinical and corporate recruiting experience
- Applicant tracking system and LinkedIn proficiency
- Ability to build scorecards and track pipeline metrics
- Relationship-driven communication with empathy and clarity
Use sourcing strategy, candidate storytelling, and hiring structure to help build Stem Health’s healthcare team.
