Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist Leading Innovative Recruitment Strategies

Transform the clinical hiring landscape as a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist. Join an expanding healthcare organization focused on innovative approaches to attracting top talent across Canada. In this strategic role, you will spearhead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, increasing efficiency through collaborations with HR and operational leaders. Your expertise will drive the design of effective sourcing strategies, improve candidate experiences, and contribute to comprehensive talent initiatives like internship and new-grad programs. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes nationwide
Partner with leadership to define hiring needs
Leverage advanced recruiting tools to attract talent
Conduct interviews and manage candidate offers
Maintain accurate hiring metrics and data

Requirements:

Post-secondary education in HR or Business preferred
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
2+ years focused on healthcare recruiting
Expertise in Dayforce Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong relationship management and organizational abilities
