- Drive high-quality engineering services and compliance
- Mentor team members and promote initiative
- Ensure exemplary safety practices are adhered to
- Develop and review engineering documentation and specifications
- Support construction and commissioning efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- 8+ years of experience in utility substation design
- Proficiency in tools like CYMCAP and AutoCAD
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and open to travel
