Accounting Solutions Lead Consultant at SimCorp

Transform financial technology as an Accounting Solutions Lead Consultant at SimCorp. Take ownership of comprehensive accounting solution delivery for our esteemed global financial clients. As a Principal/Senior Principal Consultant, you will lead the design and implementation of investment accounting solutions. Your in-depth understanding of accounting principles will guide the development and enhancement of solutions on our integrated platform, aiming for client satisfaction and operational excellence. Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and effective delivery while expanding the knowledge within the Value Stream. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct end-to-end delivery of accounting solutions
- Analyze functional requirements for effective translation
- Mentor team members to elevate accounting practices
- Collaborate across Value Streams to enhance project outcomes
- Maintain alignment with operational standards and frameworks
- Expertise in accounting standards like IFRS, US GAAP
- Experience with SimCorp Dimension or equivalent platforms
- Proven capability in managing complex projects
- Strong stakeholder and team engagement skills
- Focus on innovation and continuous process improvement
