Communications Advisor B2B Content Strategy
Desjardins
Shape B2B communications for Desjardins Insurance through content strategy, audience insight, and clear messaging across partner channels. This temporary 12-month position supports the Individual Insurance division.
As a Communications Advisor, you will advise internal clients and recommend approaches for operational, promotional, and strategic communications. You will define angles, key messages, tone, and formats for target audiences. The work spans web content, newsletters, presentations, and promotional tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze communications needs and advise internal clients
- Define messages, tone, formats, and audience-focused angles
- Develop, write, and optimize multichannel communications content
- Simplify complex topics into clear, accessible communications
- Manage assignments from analysis through final delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
- Minimum four years’ communications experience with varied deliverables
- Strong written and oral French and English skills
- Relevant combinations of education and experience may be considered
