Drive recruitment excellence with Medcan as an Advanced Talent Acquisition Specialist. This senior role focuses on full-cycle recruitment and innovative talent attraction strategies across Ontario. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will manage diverse recruitment efforts while leading strategic employer branding and pipelining projects. Your role is pivotal in attracting top talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through data-driven insights and relationships with educational institutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex recruitment processes across all locations
- Create and execute innovative sourcing channels
- Partner with hiring leaders to fulfill talent requirements
- Spearhead employer branding initiatives
- Track and report on recruitment performance metrics
- Minimum 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in both agency and corporate settings
- Background in healthcare recruitment advantageous
- Strong communication and data analysis skills
- Expertise in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn
