Evening to night nanny // one, one year old girl

I am looking for a reliable, caring, and responsible nanny/childcare provider to care for my young daughter on Friday evenings from approximately 7:00 p.m. until midnight while I am at work. I currently have parenting time with my daughter on Fridays, and my work schedule requires me to work from approximately 7:00 p.m. to midnight. Rather than have her remain in someone else's care where the arrangement is not ideal, I am looking for a dedicated childcare provider who can care for her during those five hours. I would drop her off at your home before my shift and pick her up immediately after work on my way home. The exact drop-off and pickup times can be coordinated in advance. Initial commitment At this time, I am looking for childcare for: Friday, September 25, 2026 — approximately 7:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. Friday, October 9, 2026 — approximately 7:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. These are the immediate dates I know I will require. Following a family-court hearing on October 21, 2026, my parenting schedule may change. If my parenting time is expanded or restructured, I may be interested in continuing the arrangement and increasing the number of hours/dates with the same caregiver. About the care required Because she is still very young, I am looking for someone who is patient, attentive, gentle, and comfortable caring for a young child during the evening. Responsibilities would primarily include: Providing attentive supervision and a safe environment Preparing or giving her any food/snacks that I provide or arrange Diaper changes and basic hygiene Following her normal evening routine Comforting her if she becomes tired or upset Helping maintain her normal bedtime routine Keeping me informed if there are any concerns Ensuring she remains safe and comfortable until I arrive I will provide detailed instructions regarding her routine, food, supplies, and anything else she needs. Ideal candidate I am looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Patient and genuinely comfortable caring for young children Responsible and attentive Comfortable with evening childcare Non-smoking Able to provide a safe and appropriate childcare environment Willing to provide references and/or relevant childcare experience Experience caring for infants or toddlers is strongly preferred. I am looking for someone who could potentially become a long-term, trusted childcare provider, rather than someone for a single evening only.
