As the Contracting Counsel Manager, you will oversee legal, contract, and commercial initiatives for Accenture's Corporate Functions. You will leverage your experience in digital and outsourcing areas to negotiate master service agreements and other critical documents, while continuously improving legal practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and finalize client transactions from a legal angle
- Guide and mentor junior Contracting Legal Professionals
- Advise executives on legal risks and compliance issues
- Develop expertise in relevant areas of law for business benefits
- Create internal guidelines and knowledge capital for legal practices
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
- 6 years of transactional experience in corporate environments
- 3 years negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
