Remote Customer Success Analyst — Tech Support & Docs
Semaphore Solutions Inc.
Semaphore Solutions Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Analyst for remote work in Canada on an 18-month contract. The CSA will triage Tier 1 issues, escalate where needed, and create technical documentation while learning Labbit.
Strong communication and documentation skills are essential, with on-call responsibilities and a remote-first environment. As the primary contact after implementation, you will build knowledge bases, manage queues, and ensure smooth customer experiences.
