Safety & Compliance Manager

We are hiring a Safety & Compliance Manager.

This role will oversee safety, compliance and permitting across our transportation group, including asset-based trucking, heavy haul/open-deck operations, brokerage and cross-border freight operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining a highly safety-focused operation and scalable compliance infrastructure across our brokerage and asset operations.

A major focus of this role will be leading our COR implementation and audit preparation process, along with supporting our long-term Avetta and ISNetworld compliance initiatives. Previous experience with COR, Avetta and/or ISNetworld is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities will include:

• NSC/FMCSA compliance oversight
• COR implementation and audit preparation
• Avetta / ISNetworld management
• Safety policy development and implementation
• Driver files, onboarding and training
• Fleet safety and maintenance compliance
• Permit and oversize coordination
• Incident management and investigations
• Ongoing operational compliance oversight
