⏰ Start times staggered between 3:00 AM – 7:00 AM | Shifts up to 10 hours

Weekend availability required – schedule subject to route demands

We're currently hiring Driver's Helpers to support a well-established dairy distribution operation based in Hagersville. This is more than just a job — it's a foot in the door with a reputable local employer that values reliable, hardworking employees.

️ What You'll Be Doing

• Assist the route driver with loading, transporting, and unloading dairy products at each stop
• Carry and stock product at customer locations including coolers, shelving, and back-stock areas
• ✔️ Verify delivery accuracy by checking orders against invoices and delivery manifests
• ️ Obtain customer signatures and maintain proper delivery documentation
• Handle all product with care to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle throughout the shift
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and store personnel
• Follow all food safety and company safety guidelines at all times

Every route matters. Delivery team members are the face of the operation — ensuring dairy products reach customers safely, on time, and in full, every single day.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Previous delivery helper, warehouse, or physical labour experience is an asset — entry-level candidates are welcome and will be considered
• Experience in food or beverage distribution considered an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in cold and refrigerated environments
• Reliable transportation to report on time for early morning start times
• Flexible availability including weekends and varying shift start times
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Working Environment

This is an active distribution role where employees may be exposed to:

• Cold and refrigerated product and storage environments
• ️ Loading dock and warehouse activity
• ️ Varying outdoor weather conditions throughout the delivery route
• ⚡ A physically demanding, fast-paced work environment

Safety Requirements

• CSA-approved green patch steel-toe safety footwear required
• Additional PPE provided as required
• ✔️ Compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company safety procedures
