Quality Manager Continuous Improvement
Groupe Lactalis
Drive quality management and continuous improvement for Lactalis Canada while supporting production, customers, suppliers, and documented processes remotely. French and English are required.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Quality Manager contributes to implementing and monitoring company quality activities. The work includes technical support, quality system documentation, audits, non-conformance management, training systems, and product validation. Lactalis Canada is Canada’s #1 branded dairy company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor quality management activities
- Provide technical support to customers and suppliers
- Maintain quality system documentation and work instructions
- Conduct internal product, process, and system audits
- Lead improvement workshops and manage validation processes
Requirements:
- Spoken and written French and English
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Open-minded and proactive personality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to monitor quality statistics
