Parts Person

Brandt is currently seeki ng a Parts Person for our Regina Construction and Forestry location.

The  Parts Person   is responsible for   assisting customers in  locating parts they  require , provide  accurate pricing information for parts and completing online parts orders for internal and external customers.  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT LIMITED TO:   

• Respond to internal and external customer needs promptly, delivering  accurate solutions to build strong, lasting relationships.  

• Prepare detailed quotes and efficiently process orders to ensure customer satisfaction.  

• Manage inventory accuracy, through inventory and bin adjustments.  

• Locate and ship parts to customer s and branches as requested.  

• Provide support to the Service Department with pricing and availability of parts to complete work orders.  

• Utilize computer systems to effectively support operations.  

• Attend required training.  

• Other duties as assigned.  

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS :  

• Possess   strong  customer service skill s both in person and over the phone.  

• Ability to  lift up to 50 lbs.  

• Possess a f oundation of parts and/or warehousing knowledge and skills.  

• Previous experience in the parts industry considered an asset.  

• Journeyperson Parts Certification considered an asset.
