PARTS ADMIN CLERK
LOCATION: REGINA, SK
JAY'S TRANSPORTATION GROUP LTD. is one of the largest freight transportation companies in Saskatchewan. Responsibilities:
· Data entry, balance work orders
· Issue PO
· Record and distribute parts to mechanics
· Conduct Inventory counts
· Ensure all month end deadlines are met
· Call vendors
· Filing
Qualifications:
· Good customer service skills, reliable and have a high attention to detail
· Computer skills are required; TruckMate experience would be an asset
· Experience in Maintenance Shop or Accounting background an asset
