Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE) $4,500–$7,000 per month (Commission-Based)
The International Institute of Aesthetic Medicine offers accredited, hands-on training for healthcare providers looking to begin or advance their career in aesthetics. Our higher education courses include Aesthetic Applications of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Advanced Filler & Botulinum Toxin Injectables, and Introduction to Biostimulators.
We’re looking to expand our reach and are seeking a highly motivated Commission-Only Sales Representative (DM Setter) to join our team. If you’re passionate about sales and the medical aesthetics industry, we want to hear from you!
Role Responsibilities:
Cold Outreach: Proactively initiate direct outreach to healthcare providers via social media platforms (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn) to generate leads for our training courses.

Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and engage with potential clients (doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc.), qualify leads, and build rapport.

What We Offer:
