Location: Markham, On (hybrid)
Rotating Shifts: This role is Monday - Friday with shifts from 8am-8pm and on Saturdays from 8:30am - 4:30pm
Contract - 5 months
Hourly pay - $22.00

Advantages

• Rotating Shifts: Must have availability to be scheduled Monday - Saturday, between 8am-8pm
• This role is a hybrid position of on-site and remote work (in the office 2-3 day a week).

Responsibilities
•Support high-volume outbound calls from an automated dialer system
•Engage customers professionally to introduce auto and home insurance offerings
•Identify customer needs and qualify leads for follow-up by licensed advisors
•Accurately document call outcomes, customer details, and next steps in the system

•Schedule callbacks or transfers to appropriate sales teams
•Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines
•Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets (calls, lead generation)
•Handle objections effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience

Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
•1 year of experience in a call center, outbound sales, or customer service role preferred
•Basic P&C Insurance knowledge
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to build rapport quickly and engage customers effectively
•Basic computer skills and experience with CRM/dialer systems
•Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
