Site Superintendent – High-Rise Residential

A highly respected real estate developer with an outstanding reputation and a strong pipeline of high-rise residential projects is growing their site teams. With several developments advancing through construction, they're looking for a hands-on Site Superintendent who knows how to take a tower from active construction all the way to occupancy and completion.
What You'll Do
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day execution of a high-rise residential project, leading site operations, coordinating trades and consultants, driving schedules, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping construction moving efficiently. Working closely with the project team, you'll proactively solve challenges, manage site logistics, and ensure the project is delivered successfully through occupancy and final completion.

- Strong knowledge of concrete, building envelope, MEP, and finishes.
