Electrical Superintendet

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead industrial electrical construction projects in the South Central Ontario area(s).

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven electrical leader who enjoys managing crews, coordinating field operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities on industrial project sites
• Manage Foremen, Electricians, Apprentices, and Subcontractors
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and equipment requirements
• Review drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Monitor project progress and support successful execution
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and electrical codes
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, project managers, and other trades
• Maintain site documentation, reports, and progress updates
• Drive productivity, quality, and team performance

What We're Looking For

• Red Seal Electrician certification preferred
• 5+ years of electrical construction experience
• Previous Superintendent, Supervisor, or Foreman leadership experience
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and installations
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of Ontario Electrical Code and workplace safety requirements
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's licence
