Advisory Services Senior Director

Drive sales excellence in advisory services by managing insurance strategies and member engagement. Focus on building relationships and optimizing operations within a supportive hybrid workplace. As the Advisory Services Senior Director, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic initiatives that enhance sales and member retention. Your role includes analyzing performance data, guiding advisors in best practices, and overseeing the development of innovative tools and resources. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will ensure a consistent and compliant approach across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee implementation of advisory sales strategies
- Evaluate and set sales targets using data analytics
- Facilitate training for team members and advisors
- Build relationships with internal and external partners
- Address member concerns and improve sales processes
- University degree in relevant fields
- Strong background in insurance planning and pension knowledge
- Active LLQP license is required
- Proven experience in sales and team leadership
- CFP or CLU designation is advantageous
