Leclerc Business Development Manager Role

Join Leclerc Biscuits as a Business Development Manager for Private Label! This home-office-based position requires regular travel to strengthen key customer relationships across Canada and drive growth. In this full-time role, you will leverage 5 to 10 years of experience in Private Label sales. Your past success with major Canadian retailers and account management will empower you to develop and execute impactful customer-specific business plans. An analytical approach will help identify new business opportunities in the Private Label market. Key Responsibilities:

Build strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders
Lead national accounts with tailored business plans
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
Negotiate agreements and manage promotional strategies
Analyze market trends for actionable growth strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5 to 10 years in Private Label sales
Proven track record with major Canadian retailers
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Residence within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
