- # Supervisor, SocialApply: Hybrid: Toronto, Ontario, Canada: Full time: Posted Today: R14627**Agency:**Omd**Job Function:**Media**Job Subfunction:**Performance Media **Job Description:**As a Supervisor, Paid Social Activation, you will lead campaign execution and performance across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest, managing a team and ensuring alignment between activation and broader strategic objectives. **What You’ll Do**· Lead development and execution of paid social activation plans aligned to client objectives· Oversee campaign performance and optimization strategies across accounts· Develop and manage testing frameworks, audience strategies, and budget allocation approaches· Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations· Present performance results and strategic recommendations to clients· Act as primary day-to-day client contact for activation-related discussions· Manage and mentor Managers and Associates, ensuring quality and consistency of work· Oversee pacing, forecasting, and campaign delivery across accounts· Ensure billing accuracy and operational compliance· Maintain strong understanding of platform capabilities and emerging trends· Support senior team members with hiring **About You**· 4–6 years experience in paid social or digital media· Proven experience managing campaigns and leading teams· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills· Experience presenting to clients and leading discussions· Deep understanding of platform optimization and performance drivers· Strong leadership and communication skills **Why Join Omnicom Media Canada**At Omnicom Media Canada, careers are designed for growth.
