Campaign Execution: Support the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including digital display, paid search, paid social, online affiliates, external partnerships, and email.

Stakeholder Liaison: Establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners—including Creative Services, Legal, and Compliance—to launch new programs effectively.

Content Management: Manage the end-to-end content review, proofreading, and translation processes to secure final sign-offs while ensuring strict compliance with branding guidelines.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Monitor and manage marketing budgets and financial forecasts to ensure spending is optimized to achieve business growth objectives.

Data Analytics: Track, report, and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing strategies.

Testing & Optimization: Build, execute, and evaluate A/B testing strategies using advanced tools like Adobe Target to drive customer experience and acquisition.

Process Documentation: Standardize, document, and maintain up-to-date marketing processes and internal best practices.

Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience delivering direct-to-consumer (D2C) performance-based digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid search, affiliate marketing).

Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to translate data analytics and complex metrics into actionable campaign insights and recommendations.

Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of cultivating relationships across all levels of an organization.

Exceptional Organization: Superb attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, tight timelines, and budgets independently.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Copywriting experience for digital channels (paid search copy, social ads) is considered a strong asset.
