Senior Civil Estimator - Earthworks Focus

Shape your career as a Senior Civil Estimator focusing on Earthworks at Pomerleau. Leverage your strong estimating skills on high-impact projects, ensuring competitive bidding success.
As a Senior Estimator, you will play an essential role in Pomerleau’s Civil & Infrastructure division, driving the success of projects worth up to $1 billion. Your technical knowledge will be critical in assessing project requirements, collaborating with diverse teams, and mentoring junior estimators, all while maintaining key partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities: - Analyze materials and labor needed for project execution - Craft summaries of quantities based on plans and specs - Establish project-specific pricing for labor and equipment - Build and sustain client and trade relationships - Review subcontractor bids for bid document alignment
Requirements: - University degree or construction estimation diploma - Minimum 8 years of estimating experience in ICI - In-depth knowledge of excavation and formwork - Proven ability to mentor junior team members - Experience with industry-standard estimation software
