Civil Infrastructure Estimator

Chandos

Winnipeg, MB
Build cost certainty for Chandos Civil projects through detailed estimating, cost modelling, and collaborative delivery from conception onward. Work across stakeholder teams.Chandos seeks an Estimator for collaborative, multi-stakeholder Civil projects. You will support project delivery from conception through construction start, using take-offs, cost analysis, and constructability advice. The work requires strong relationships with subtrades, consultants, suppliers, clients, and operations teams.Key Responsibilities:
Determine bid strategies for successful Chandos project pursuitsPrepare full-cost estimates from concept through tenderLead estimating workshops and transparent cost decisionsComplete material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor take-offsTrack estimated versus actual costs and report variancesRequirements:
Five years of estimating experienceFour years of construction management experienceEngineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree or diplomaAdvanced Excel and cost-estimating software proficiencyStrong drawing interpretation and cost-modelling abilitiesApply civil estimating, cost modelling, and collaborative communication to deliver value across Chandos infrastructure projects.
