You will work closely with clinical SMEs, healthcare operations experts, and compliance teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions across diagnostics, care coordination, clinical documentation, population health, and operational optimization. This role blends Generative AI, classical ML, and full-stack engineering in regulated environments. \n \n\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\u2022 Design and implement agent-based AI workflows for healthcare use cases (clinical assistants, triage agents, care pathway optimization, RCM automation) \n\n\u2022 Build LLM-powered systems (RAG, tool-calling agents, multi-agent orchestration) \n\n\u2022 Develop classical ML models (risk scoring, prediction, clustering, anomaly detection) \n\n\u2022 Implement HIPAA aware AI architectures with auditability and traceability \n\n\u2022 Build full-stack applications (Python APIs, AI services, UI dashboards) \n\n\u2022 Integrate with EHRs, data lakes, and healthcare systems (FHIR/HL7 exposure preferred) \n\n\u2022 Collaborate with SMEs to translate medical workflows into agent logic \n\n\u2022 Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI systems in Azure \n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nExperience: 8\u201312+ years (AI/ML, Software Engineering) Primary Stack: Python, Azure (Azure AI Studio, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI) \n\u2022 Strong experience in Python-based AI systems \n\n\u2022 Hands-on experience with GenAI (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering) \n\n\u2022 Experience with traditional ML (classification, regression, NLP, time-series) \n\n\u2022 Full-stack experience (API design + UI integration) \n\n\u2022 Azure cloud experience (Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Functions, AKS) \n\n\u2022 Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy domains \n\no Comfortable working with subject-matter experts \n\no Strong learning mindset and adaptability \n\no Experience building production AI systems, not just prototypes \n\no Ability to explain AI decisions to non-technical stakeholders \n\no Interest in agentic AI and next-generation AI architectures \n\nNice to Have\n\n\u2022 Healthcare domain exposure \n\n\u2022 FHIR / HL7 familiarity \n\n\u2022 AWS, GCP, or NVIDIA AI stack experience\n\n\u2022 Knowledge of model governance and explainability\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
