Sas Analytics Platform Team Leader

Lead SAS analytics platforms at Desjardins while guiding specialized teams and advancing secure, accessible data capabilities in a hybrid work model.As Team Leader, SAS Platform, you manage professionals responsible for developing, using, and optimizing analytics platforms. You coordinate contributors supporting artificial intelligence, data science, and data valorization. Your leadership advances platform stability, adoption, modernization, governance, and business alignment.Key Responsibilities:
Mobilize, develop, and support specialized data platform professionalsPlan and prioritize activities to meet operational objectivesEnsure platform availability, performance, stability, and securityCoordinate updates with business, technology, architecture teams, and suppliersModernize and optimize the SAS ecosystemRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related fieldAt least eight years of relevant experienceExperience managing or coordinating specialized teamsKnowledge of cloud computing and analytics platformsKnowledge of data governance, security, and managementBring motivational leadership and analytics platform expertise to strengthen Desjardins’s data, artificial intelligence, and data science capabilities.
