My name is Caroline, and I'm a Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance roles. I handle two types of placements-temporary and permanent-on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your industry. We cover roles in accounting, finance, and payroll.

I am looking for an FP&A Analyst for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent, hybrid-work position.
Mission - Extract, analyze, and interpret financial data from various systems.

• Analyze monthly results for the various business lines.
• Update dashboards and contribute to KPI monitoring.
• Perform ongoing financial forecasting.
• Conduct financial analyses related to investments, cost optimization, and revenue.
• Prepare long-term projections, annual budgets, and five-year strategic plans.

Your profile - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in financial analysis and financial information systems.
• CPA, CFA, or currently pursuing such a designation - a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with an ERP system, particularly Dynamics AX/365 - a plus.
• Bilingualism - a plus
• Interest in using AI in financial analysis - a plus.

PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, recruitment consultant, followed by an interview with the FP&A Director.
