Summary

A Financial Services Administrative Assistant at a dealership is responsible for handling financial aspects of car sales as directed by the sales team. They prepare loan documents and deal paperwork for Finance Managers. Attention to detail and a high level of organization is a must!

• Maintain a fast-paced work environment, handling 30+ turnovers monthly.
• Implement dealership policies and procedures.
• Report problem deals to management promptly.
• Address missing stipulations from lenders without delay.
• Uphold professional ethics and respect for customers.
• Familiarity with provincial regulations and legislation.
• Maintain accuracy and transparency in deal representation.
• Maintain customer information confidentiality.
• Stay updated on lender programs and evaluate new offerings.
• Data entry and a variety of reports, most often in Google Sheets
• Work closely with the management team to effectively communicate trends in reporting
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of automotive industry or administrative experience.
• Strong understanding of sales, finance, and management.
• Excellent oral, written, and listening skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting financial figures.
• Effective prioritization skills to meet business targets.
